1. Who we are

VeloStack.ai, A Vedani LLC company, based in Milpitas, CA. We provide website design, search engine optimisation and Google Business Profile management services. You can reach us at (408) 320-6009.

2. What this website collects automatically

Analytics and advertising measurement.We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, loaded through Google’s single gtag.js script. It records which pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device and browser you used, how you arrived here, and whether you did something we count as a lead — sending the form, tapping the call button, or leaving details with the chat assistant.

We use it for one purpose: working out which advertising and which search terms produce real enquiries rather than just clicks, so we are not spending an ad budget blind. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else we hold.

Cookies. Those tools set cookies — Google Analytics sets _ga and related identifiers. That is the only reason this site sets any. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings without losing access to anything here, install Google’s own opt-out add-on, or send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour. Google’s handling of the data is governed by its privacy policy.

Session replay and heatmaps. Still none. We do not record your screen, your mouse movements or your keystrokes, and nothing on this site reads what you type as you type it.

Fonts. Our own typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from a font CDN. On larger screens, where the chat assistant loads, it fetches one additional stylesheet for its own typeface from Jotform’s CDN; that request tells Jotform your IP address, and it happens whether or not you open the chat. On phones the assistant does not load and that request is never made.

Third-party scripts, in full. These are the only ones on the site, and this is everything they receive:

• Jotform, on the contact page, which hosts and displays the contact form itself. The form is theirs, shown inside a frame on our page, so Jotform receives your IP address and browser information when that page loads — before you type anything — and receives what you fill in when you submit it. See Jotform’s privacy policy.
• Jotform also runs the chat assistant in the corner of every page. It loads only after the page has finished rendering. If you open it and type, Jotform processes the conversation on our behalf in order to answer you and to pass your details to us. If you never open the bubble, you never type anything into it and nothing you have written is sent.
• Google (gtag.js, on every page), for the analytics and advertising measurement described above. It receives your IP address, the pages you view and how you got here, and it sets cookies.

Server logs.The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — to serve the page and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs for marketing and we do not combine them with anything else. Cloudflare’s own handling is governed by its privacy policy.

3. Information you choose to give us

Phone calls

If you call, we keep what you tell us: your name, your number, your business, and notes about what you need. We use it to respond to you and to provide services if you become a client. We do not record calls. If that ever changes, this policy will say so before it starts, and you will be told at the beginning of the call.

The contact form

If you use the form on the contact page, we receive exactly what you typed into it and nothing else. Nothing is inferred about you and no field is collected that you cannot see.

The form is hosted by Jotform and displayed inside a frame on our page. Practically, that means Jotform is involved from the moment the contact page loads rather than only when you press submit, and it is Jotform that stores the submission and emails it to us. We use a hosted form rather than sending mail ourselves so the notification arrives from verified infrastructure instead of getting lost in a spam filter. See Jotform’s privacy policy.

We use what you send to reply to you and to provide services if you become a client. Not a newsletter, not a mailing list, and never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

The chat assistant

The bubble in the corner is an automated assistant, not a person, and it says so when it greets you. It answers questions from the content already published on this site and can take your details so that a real person can follow up.

It is provided by Jotform, which processes the conversation on our behalf. If you give it your name, email or phone number, those details and a short summary of the conversation are emailed to us and used for the same single purpose as a phone call: to get back to you. Jotform retains the conversation on its own systems under its privacy policy.

If you would rather not use it, close it and call (408) 320-6009. Nothing on this site is gated behind the chat.

The Google Business Profile grader

The graderruns entirely in your browser. Your answers are held in your browser’s memory while you use it, are not written to storage, and are discarded when you close the tab.

Nothing is transmitted to us unless you complete the form at the end. If you do, we receive the name, phone number and optional business name you typed, along with your score and answers, and we use them for one purpose: to call you about your profile. Not a newsletter, not a mailing list, and never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Google Maps on the contact page

The map on our contact page does not load until you press the button. Nothing is sent to Google before that. If you do load it, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. You can view the location in a separate tab instead if you prefer.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information. We have not in the past twelve months and have no plans to. We do not disclose it to anyone for their own marketing purposes either — the only third parties who receive anything are the ones named in sections 2 and 3, acting for us.
• We do not use your information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We measure whether our own ads produced an enquiry; we do not build advertising audiences from visitors, and we do not run remarketing. If that changes, this policy will say so first and a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link will appear in the footer.
• We do not run pixels or session recording, and nothing on this site records what you type as you type it. The chat assistant receives a message only when you deliberately send it, and it identifies itself as an assistant rather than a person.
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

5. Client data

If you become a client, we act on your behalf inside services you own — typically your Google Business Profile, your website hosting and your domain registrar. That means we handle your business information, your customers’ public reviews, and credentials or delegated access you grant us.

We use that access only to perform the work you engaged us for. Access is removed when the engagement ends, and you can revoke it yourself at any time from the underlying service. We do not take ownership of your domain, your profile or your content — that is stated in the Terms of Service as well.

6. How long we keep things

Enquiry details: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes. Grader submissions where you did not become a client: 12 months. Contact form submissions are enquiry details and follow the same 24-month rule; Jotform also stores them on its own systems until we delete them there. Chat transcripts are retained by Jotform under its own retention settings and by us only as an enquiry record. Google Analytics data is retained for the period set in our Google Analytics property and is held by Google, not by us.

7. Your rights in California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these.

To exercise any of them, call (408) 320-6009 or email [email protected] and say so. We will verify that the request is genuinely yours — usually by confirming details only you would know — and respond within 45 days. There is no charge. You may use an authorised agent.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep the number of systems holding your information small, because the most reliable security control available to a business our size is not collecting things in the first place. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Changes to this policy

If we add anything that collects or transmits visitor data — analytics, call tracking, a chat widget — we will update this page before that goes live, not after, and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be stated on the home page.
